BOOKING POLICY
Full payment is required at the time of booking. A valid government issued photo ID must be presented upon arrival. Please note that Dubbo Inn is a cash-free property; accepted payment methods include online, direct debit, or EFTPOS.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a full refund. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival or for no-shows.
CHECK IN/OUT POLICY
Check in: 2pm
Check out: 10am
Upon vacating, guests are to leave the room in a condition similar to the start of their stay, ensure they've taken all their personal belongings, return their keys/fobs to reception and ensure payments are up to date.
BOND POLICY
A refundable bond will be collected upon arrival and will cover any damages, missing property during the occupied dates and also cover any excessive cleaning fees. The amount of the bond will vary depending on the terms of your stay. Please note: the bond will be refunded after inspection of the room and may take 3 - 7 business days to reach your account.

GUEST POLICY
Dubbo Inn operates as workforce and student accommodation and is intended for guests who are actively employed, contracted, or engaged in work-related activities in the Dubbo region, or who are enrolled at an accredited institution. To ensure room availability for workers and students alike, all prospective guests may be required to provide proof of current employment or in the case of students, a valid student ID or proof of current enrolment, prior to reservation confirmation.
Dubbo Inn reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking where these requirements cannot be met.
HOUSE RULES - HIGHLIGHTED
Maintain a quiet environment
No illegal drugs, alcohol or weapons allowed
Smoking only allowed in Designated Smoking Areas
No violence will be tolerated
Keep all entrances closed at all times, including the gate to the car park
No business activities between guests are to be conducted
No visitors may stay overnight
No pets allowed
No cooking in the rooms
Maintain personal and room hygiene
Wear shoes in the bathroom
Please note that there are separate male and female bathrooms
Remain with your cooking at all times when using the kitchen
Please clean up after yourself when using the kitchen and put away cooking/eating utensils
Keep your room locked at all times
Turn off the A/C when you leave your room
Do not engage in any activities that would set off the fire alarm and require fire service attendance
Please note that fire service attendance fee is in excess of $800
Breaching any of the following may lead to a termination of stay:
BRING ANY ILLEGAL DRUGS, ALCOHOL AND/OR WEAPONS ON THE PREMISES
PARTICIPATE IN ANY VIOLENCE ON THE PREMISES
CONSISTENT DISTURBANCE OF THE PEACE
CONSISTENT UNSATISFACTORY ROOM HYGIENE
MALICIOUS OR INTENTIONAL DAMAGE OF PROPERTY
ANY ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES ON THE PREMISES OR ONLINE
